All appointments are subject to availability. To guarantee your booking, you must complete the booking process through our website and pay any required deposit. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent clients.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requested more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requested within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will remain valid for that session.

We accept bank transfers, online deposits, and other standard payment methods as designated during the checkout process. The remaining balance is payable at the shop upon completion of the service.

For your safety and comfort, please inform us of any physical ailments, allergies, disabilities, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your treatment begins. Certain massage types may not be suitable for clients with specific medical conditions.

Rinraya will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs as a result of undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow therapist instructions.
